1. Products & Orders
Accuracy
We strive to display the colours, textures, and details of our merchandise as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour or detail will be 100% accurate. The actual products you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on screen.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
3. Returns & Refunds
All purchases are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or improper use of the product.
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect as a result of shipping, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include clear photos of the damage and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
5. Intellectual Property
The “Livin Lifted” name, logos, and all content on this site — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, and designs — are the property of Livin Lifted and are protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any materials on this site is strictly prohibited.
